1. Acceptance

By accessing nullsheet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description

nullsheet is a data analysis tool for gaming communities. It processes uploaded images to extract structured data, displays relevant analytics to users, and discards uploaded images after processing.

3. Eligibility

Access is by invitation only. You must authenticate with a valid Discord account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are located in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years of age, or have verifiable parental consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 8. If the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction is higher than 13 (or 16 in the EU), you must meet that age requirement. By accepting these terms, you affirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

4. Sanctions & Export Compliance

nullsheet is operated by RelevantUse LLC, a United States company. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine)
  • You are not identified on the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) or any other applicable sanctions or restricted party lists
  • You will not use this service in violation of any applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, or embargoes of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users or regions as required to comply with applicable sanctions programs. If we determine that your use of the service may violate applicable sanctions or export control laws, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content unrelated to the intended use of the platform
  • Attempt to access other groups' data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Share your access with unauthorized users
  • Post or upload content that contains hate speech, harassment, threats, slurs, discriminatory language, or content promoting violence against any individual or group
  • Upload images designed to manipulate, exploit, or inject instructions into the data extraction system
  • Use the platform to organize, plan, or facilitate real-world harm, harassment, or illegal activity
  • Spam, flood, or abuse any platform feature (including uploads, messages, and feedback)

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

nullsheet reserves the right to review user-generated content (including notices, scouting notes, messages, and uploaded images) for violations of these terms. We may, at our sole discretion:

  • Remove or hide content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law

Content that is auto-translated by the platform remains the responsibility of the original author. Automatically extracted data is provided as-is and may contain errors — nullsheet is not responsible for decisions made based on automatically extracted data.

7. Data We Collect & Store

7a. Account Data

We store your Discord user ID and display name for authentication and identification purposes. Your email address is stored by our authentication provider (Supabase) in an access-controlled system and is encrypted at rest. We do not store a separate copy of your email.

7b. Uploaded Images

Images you upload are processed via third-party services to extract structured data, then permanently deleted. We do not retain uploaded images. Once processing is complete, images cannot be retrieved by you, by other users, or by nullsheet.

7c. User-Created Content

We store content you create on the platform, including but not limited to: group names, manually entered statistics, configurations, and custom views. This data is stored to provide the service and is retained as long as your account exists.

7d. Organizational Data

We store information about group memberships, roles, and relationships between users. This data is used to determine access permissions and display relevant information to group members. Your group membership and role (such as leader, officer, or member) are visible to other members of your group.

8. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). Access to data is scoped by group membership and role-based permissions.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon request, we will delete your account data, user-created content, and organizational data. Data that has already been aggregated into group-level analytics may be retained in anonymized form.

11. Intellectual Property & User Contributions

11a. Platform Intellectual Property

nullsheet, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of RelevantUse LLC. All rights reserved.

11b. User Contributions

When you create content on the platform — including game templates, stat definitions, group configurations, report layouts, and other organizational structures (“User Contributions”) — you grant RelevantUse LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute those contributions for any purpose, including making them available to other users as templates or platform defaults.

11c. Personal Data Exclusion

The license in Section 11b applies to structural and organizational content only. Your personal data, game statistics, uploaded images, messages, and personally identifiable information are never shared and remain governed by Section 7.

11d. No Export Obligation

nullsheet is not obligated to provide data export, migration tools, or interoperability with third-party services for any content, including User Contributions.

12. Disclaimer

This service is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, processing inaccuracies, or service interruptions. This is a beta product.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. International Users

nullsheet is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using nullsheet, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing and storage as described in our Privacy Policy.
